Karen’s Paraeducator workshops are interactive, fun and all participants leave with new skills and strategies they can use in the classroom the very next day! While Paraeducators play an important role in supporting students with disabilities, research documents several issues and concerns about the lack of appropriate utilization and effective supervision of paraeducators which may result in detrimental effects on the students in your programs.

Administrator Coaching Sessions

Work 1:1 with Karen to develop a customized interest survey, analyze the results and build a professional development plan for your paraeducator!  Templates available for interest surveys, monthly planning, staff goal setting, and PD sessions included!  Karen has used the easy to implement “Survey, Schedule, Set Goals, Circle Back” method the past several years with her Paraeducators.  Paras report they feel more supported in their roles and more valuable to the team!
